A Success History
The private enterprise for consulting, construction, engineering and design ” Conip ” sh.p.k., was founded in 1989 , by the co-owner, Mr. Mehdi Dibra and was active in designing, supervision and management of various facilities .
In 1993 in Tirana was founded the Trade Company ” Conip ” p.e k . and was active in Albania in the field of construction, specifically in consulting, construction, engineering and design .
In 2001 , the company was divided between the partners and two new companies were founded, one of which the Serving Production Enterprise N.P.SH. ” CONIN “, registered in 2001 with its business number 8047533 , by the co-owners, Mr. Mehdi Dibra and Mr. Setki Dibra
Our company was active in the field of design, construction, management and production of concrete without interruption, in the whole region of Kosovo, Montenegr , Macedonia and Albania being a participant in construction of facilities of diverse destinations, such as bridges , residential buildings, schools, hospitals, water supply and sewage treatment, roads , businesses facilities, petroleum stations, etc .
Aiming the expansion of the activity range and further increase of the efficiency in construction in 1995 we were equipped with the plant for the production of concrete, type ” Super mobile 500 “, equipped with the gravel warehouse, cement 2x30t and the equipment for the production of concrete elements – type NBB blocks 9 and 20 , concrete elements for roads and sidewalks paving, type 8cm thick ” Behaton “, and the packaging equipment for cement in 50kg paper sacks, with a capacity of 3 t / h . We also produced here prefabricated concrete beams for bridges.
During the period before 1999 our company designed, managed and implemented a variety of construction facilities :
In the field of water supply and sewage system
– Design and implementation of the drinking water network supply and sewage network for villages: Bordosane, Doblibar, Meqe, Bec , Rugova with 3,500 inhabitants, Xërxe , Trakaniq , Berkoc L = 100 km.
– Design and implementation of the drinking water distribution network for villages: Cermjani with the settlements which have been supplied with drinking water from the hydrosystem Radoniqi : Netic 4 , Rashkoc 23 , Kodrali 11 , Zeqiraj 7 , Kokallaj 7 , Ukshin of 10 , Ukshin II 2 , Kurhaskët 11 , Hoxhaj 47 , Plavajt 11, the Has region 8 , Lumaj 19 , Kidajt 23 , Pozhar 16 , Mehalla e Fushes 54, Houses 20, a total of 274 families with about 3,500 inhabitants together with the school in Cërmjan with 800 students as well as the medicine center and culture house.
– Design and implementation of the drinking water supply network including the pumping station, cca 9 l / s ; H = 100m ; 2 tanks ca. 2 x 250 m3 ; the distribution networks with PEE pipe 10-16 : DN 75 – DN 250 mm ; L = cca 10 km .
– Study on the wastewater treatment plant for the city of Gjakova.
In the field of construction of bridges and riverbeds restoration :
- Bridges over the river Drini , in the settlements of Rogova’s Has, with dimensions of 5 x 12 m ,
- Bridges over the river Ereniku in the villages of Nivokaz , Babaj i Bokes , Korenica , Shishman .
- Design and construction of the Drini riverbed , in the village of Grabonica .
In the field of fuel distribution:
- Gas stations with storage capacity of 200 m³ up to 1200 m³ in Lugu i Bunarit , Hereq , Ulqin, Tirana, Rogova , Xërxe , Gjakova, etc .
In the field of production – industry:
- Bread factory,
- Brewery in Gjakova ,
- Olive processing facility in Tirana .
In the field of education:
- School facilities with 4-16 rooms, in Gjakova, Rogova, Celina, Hereq, Deva, etc.
In the field of healthcare:
- Hospitals and medicine centers with various capacities and destinations in Gjakova, Rugova, etc.
In the field of housing:
- A lot of individual and collective residential buildings .
In Albania, our company has designed, managed and constructed the following facilities :
- Mercedes Benz Service Complex with its showrooms in Kashar – Tirana , with a construction area of 4000m² , together with roads and platform with 8000m² .
- Residential and business complex in ” 5 Maji” street in Tirana with cca 1,000 m².
- Building P + 5 floors in ” Dibra Street ” with cca 1,800 m² .
- Fence construction of the Rinas Airport, Deviation of the secondary road in the Rinas Airport, the segment Rinas – Valias and
- Supply of Tirana Municipality with office equipment.
During the period of reconstruction of Kosovo , our company has designed and implemented a variety of facilities, such as:
